The ELO Network is a system-building effort that ensures children in West Michigan have access to quality after-school programming that supports their success. We bring schools, youth-serving organizations, and community partners together around shared quality standards, so families can count on safe, enriching programming after the school bell rings.

The ELO Network brings together primary and secondary schools, higher education institutions, municipalities, youth-serving organizations, police youth services, and partners like Heart of West Michigan United Way. We owe much of our growth to the partners who have invested in West Michigan’s next generation.

The ELO Network has been cited in numerous national publications. We have a strategic plan based on advanced analytics, and produce key reports for youth serving organizations.
