This assessment aims to capture a point-in-time snapshot of high school OST programs facilitated by members of the ELO (Network) which includes school-based as well as community-based organizations (CBO) located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In particular, it will offer program offerings, attendance rates, potential barriers to participation, recruitment strategies, and staff qualifications and training.
